Every job is handled by me personally, so you always know exactly who is turning up and who to call afterwards. No call centres, no subcontractors, and no being passed between people who weren't there.
I'll explain what needs doing and why, give you a straight answer on cost before any work starts, and tell you promptly if anything changes. I'm respectful of your property and I don't leave a mess behind.
